Insurance Options:

Please check your insurance company’s website or talk to your human resource department to determine if we are a participating provider.  We will be happy to answer any insurance questions and check on benefits when provided the proper information.  This is part of our initial information we request and most times we have everything ready for you at your first appointment. 

Financial Policy:

We offer several financing options to fit most budgets, all at a 0% interest rate.  We do ask for an initial down payment and then the remaining balance after insurance is subtracted is paid out over 24 months.  We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for your convenience.
